The GRIT Athletics Return to Hockey Program is designed to address the gap in athletics over the last 12 months due to COVID restrictions on sport. Sessions will include a combination of athletic development and shooting and skill work designed to improve coordination, speed, strength, power, and mobility on our synthetic ice surface at GRIT Athletics.
The program will run 5 times per week, for a minimum of 1 week with the opportunity to register for consecutive weeks. Sessions are 2 hours long in groups of 5 athletes to 1 coach to maximize instruction and reps. Instruction and programming are tailored through-out the week, based on the athlete’s individual needs.
This program is perfect for the hockey lover and youth athlete looking to get ready to get their skills back up to speed and rekindle a love for the game!
