GRIT Yoga is coming in Fall 2022!
Instructed by Yoga for Athletes Certified Yoga for Motorsports founder Kate Field, these sessions are designed with all skill levels in mind, and help with prevention and recovery from nagging minor strains and athletic movements.
These classes will be Recovery focused, to optimize the effectiveness of your next training session.
These classes will focus on strength, mobility, range of motion and overall body awareness.

Kate Field worked in the fast-paced automotive industry for 6 years until she was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia (T-Cell LGL) in 2018. Shortly after her diagnosis, she discovered yoga. She fell in love with the practice and followed through with her passion by becoming a Yoga Instructor and completing her 200 hour Yoga Certification in 2021.
Kate has always been committed to working with athletes and continues to acquire advanced certifications focusing on Athletic conditioning and recovery building her breadth of Yoga instruction.
