The 8-week GRIT Speed and Power Program helps athletes reach their own personal speed potential to increase their own sport performance.
The training strives to improve reaction time, launch control, acceleration, top speed, body awareness, change of direction, obstacle avoidance, and footwork.
Sessions will teach fundamentals in:
- Performance enhancement and injury prevention warm-up strategies
- Arm action
- Leg action
- Starting mechanics
- Acceleration mechanics
- Change of direction mechanics
- In game speed application
